Developed by outstanding crew from the 2004-5 Global Challenge; the World's Toughest Round-the-World Yacht Race, the team leverage the skills and expertise acquired during the year-long challenge and apply them intelligently to business situations.

Velocity Made Good offers leaders, managers and teams tailored days or half-days including: sailing for pure pleasure; experiential learning through sailing (team building, leadership development, etc); motivational speaking and interactive breakout sessions based on real scenarios and lessons from the Global Challenge. Training is either classroom based or delivered onboard a yacht for a more impactful and memorable experience.
