BOAT to BOARDROOM uses the extreme case study of the 2004/5 Global Challenge round the world yacht race to demonstrate Leadership and Teamwork in action.

The authors Alex and Paula were both core crew on Team Stelmar and have been delivering the story and the lessons to companies and organisations ever since they returned. They have been speaking, training and facilitating in workshops and on boats and felt it was about time that all these experiences were captured in a book.
