Each full Programme includes the following elements:
- Inspirational Speech. The motivational, dramatic & analagous story of Team Stelmar in the Global Challenge round-the-world yacht race.
- 3 days of Performance Workshops. Three days of interactive workshops (click on relevant workshop above for more detail).
- 1 day Sailing. Accelerating development by pushing the group to perform under pressure. Putting into practice the knowledge gained from the workshops.
- 2 days of Facilitation. Facilitated sessions to increase organisational effectiveness. Tailored content could include: strategy; vision; values; high performance; teamwork; etc.
- 1:1 Coaching. Each delegate has a 2.5 hour coaching session with one of our coaches.
